Sample ballot for electors of the President and Vice-President of the United States. Printed on pink paper, this sample ballot includes the candidates for Vermont electors for the Republican, Democratic, and Communist tickets. Voters are instructed to select three electors for the party of their choice. The Democratic ticket, Franklin D. Roosevelt and John N. Garner, would go on to win this election, but Vermont's three electoral votes were given to the Republicans Alfred M. Landon and Frank Knox.
