Description
Large snowroller with a six-horse team in front of the Pavilion Hotel, Montpelier, Vermont, in 1892. The men driving the horses are Edward Witham (left), who later worked for the city of Montpelier from 1917-1930, and Clark B. Roberts (right), who became Montpelier Superintendent of Streets and whose name appears on the horse equipment.
