View of Howard Johnson Restaurant at 1634 US Route 302, Barre, Vermont. The photograph was taken from across the highway from a low vantage point behind some brush, visible in in the foreground. There are traffic signs stating "No Parking" and "Watch for Sudden Stops and Turns." One can see the Howard Johnson freestanding sign across the street in front of the restaurant, a phone booth in the left of the frame, and cars parked in the lot. Today (2021), the space is occupied by a new building housing a CVS pharmacy.
