A Grand Isle restaurant that operated for over forty years before being gutted by a fire in 1968. After this, Mrs. Joseph Arns sold the property to Frank Bullis of Grand Isle, who repaired the building and converted it to a residence.

Seth Griffith house

This house was built by Grand Isle resident Seth Griffith (1772-1835) shortly after his marriage to Joanna Hoag (1786-1851/52). Family tradition tells that the Battle of Plattsburgh (1814) was watched from this house.
