Jean Carr describes the response of the Vernon Free Library in Vernon, Vermont, to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the initial transition of library services to curbside pickup and other remote options. She also discusses how living on a state border (with New Hampshire and Massachusetts) impacted library services, especially through cooperation with libraries in Massachusetts.

Jean Carr worked for many years in various different positions at the Vernon Free Library in Vernon, Vermont. She was their library director during the COVID-19 pandemic and at the time of this interview.
