Description
Map and notes, including lots with owners' names, rivers, town and international boundaries, of Norfolk, Vermont. Norfolk was a Vermont town that was in chartered in 1782 and annexed to the town of Canaan in 1801. Map maker's note indicates the map is full of errors. Page 102 is a map, labeled "Plan of my red house (?) farm, AD 1828," including rivers, roads, pastures, and boundaries with neighbors' names. Pages 102-103 of the original. Title supplied by map maker.
