Description
West side of North Hero's Main Street, looking from north to south. In the first photo, from right to left, we have (1) the North Hero House (the former Irving House, the partially visible tan building), (2) Mrs. Stephanie Bugden's house, (3) Dr. John F. Moore's house, which is now occupied by his daughter, Mrs. Rother, and (4) Mrs. Genia Way's house. Stratton's car is parked in front of the North Hero House. In the second photo, from right to left, we have (1) Mrs. Way's house, (2) Ernest Way's Bait Shop, (3, not visible) the North Hero Volunteer Fire Station, (4) the North Hero Town Hall and Town Offices, and (5) Ira Tudhope's General Store & Tudhope's Marina.
