Text continues: "The Sharp Shooters of this vicinity who are willing to serve their country in Capt. Weston's Vermont Company, Col. Berdan's Regiment of Sharp Shooters, are requested to meet at the Inn of B.B. Cook, in this place [West Townshend], on Thursday Aug. 29th, 1891 and [hand-written text] Wednesday, Sept. 4th [printed text continues] at 1 o'clock, P.M., on each of said days, for the purpose of testing their skill in Target Shooting."
