3rd Vermont Infantry Regiment national flag. Flag attached to staff by a sleeve. The canton style is square, and is 39.5 in by 38 in. There are 34 gold painted stairs, and their arrangement is 7-7-6-7-7. The stripes are a strong red color and are 5 1/2 in wide. Some fringe present.
