George Wooster is shown here in his Marshfield office. George, with his brother Frank (known as "The Wooster Boys") started the village store and operated it for 63 years. He also served as postmaster and was a representative in 1879-80.

Second Pavilion Hotel, circa 1880

The second Pavilion Hotel, owned by Theron O. Bailey, designed by Boston architect George Ropes, and built by A. B. Fisher. The hotel was completed in 1876 and a grand opening ball was held on February 28, 1876.
