Sheep at Dustin place, Berlin
Title
Sheep at Dustin place, Berlin
Creator
Bosworth, George, Photographer
Description
Sheep wander in their enclosure as farmer Gardner Dustin looks on. The other man is holding a pair of wool shears preparing to shear the sheep next to him. The other sheep in the photo have been sheared and the fleeces are laying about next to the barn and under the sheep about to be sheared. These Dustin farm buildings were located on the northwest corner of the four corners in Berlin Corner. This farm became the Nye farm in the 1920’s. (there are several other photos of sheep that were all of the same flock at the same location)
